Behind the scenes, Kendra keeps the business organized through booking and paperwork, while Doc proudly serves as the company’s smallest and most enthusiastic supporter. Together, they carry on the family tradition of building beautiful, long-lasting outdoor spaces.

Established in 1999, Borders Deck Care began with Rusty Brischle and his wife Debbie, who built the company from the ground up with dedication, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of Colorado’s unique building requirements. Over the years, they mastered the ins and outs of deck construction and set the foundation for a business built on quality and reliability.

Today, the next generation carries that legacy forward. Their grandson, Shaulin Rinaldis, who has been working with the company since he was 13, now leads Borders Deck Care with the same passion and commitment his grandparents instilled. Under his direction, the company continues to deliver exceptional decks to the Front Range, combining time tested techniques with modern materials and design.
